What We Do
Our business is a service that provides regular deliveries of bulk water to the workplace and to homes.
We install and rent out water dispensers, normally a cooler, and then regularly deliver large bottles of water to where that cooler is located.
We cater for groups of people, typically in the workplace, but also in retail environments and increasingly to families in the home. People who want or need fresh chilled bottled water available in large quantities.
The customer expects:
- A water cooler that fits into their environment
- Installed in the best position, and properly explained (how to use it correctly and when it will need to be maintained)
- Water delivered at a convenient time close to the cooler
- Not to run out of water
- To have a cooler that is always clean, hygienic and functioning well
- To have an efficient and friendly relationship with the service provider within an effective administrative process
